Unfiltered & Unapologetic with Caitlin
Unfiltered & Unapologetic blends money, nervous system regulation, faith, and cultural healing — especially for first-gen and children of immigrants who learned survival before stability.
Hosted by Caitlin Gil-Soto (MSF candidate), this is where we rewrite narratives around money, rest, boundaries, relationships, and self-worth with emotional depth, cultural context, and practical tools.
You’ll hear conversations on:
• Faith and identity
• Nervous system patterns and emotional trauma
• Money guilt, abundance, and financial healing
• Boundaries without fear
• Rest and softness as generational repair
• What it means to break cycles with compassion, not aggression
If you’re healing yourself while honoring where you come from — this podcast was made for you.

• Patrones emocionales y trauma generacional
• Culpa financiera, abundancia y sanación con el dinero
• Límites sin miedo
• Descanso y suavidad como reparación ancestral

44. God Is Not a Delivery Service: Why You Keep Asking for Signs
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
You don’t need another sign. You’ve been feeling it. You’ve been noticing it. You’ve been questioning it. But instead of trusting it… you ask for another one.
But instead of trusting what’s already clear… you keep asking for another answer.
In this episode, we talk about why clarity doesn’t feel the way you expect, why you don’t trust your own interpretation, and how you might be waiting on God… instead of actually participating in your life.
Because the truth is: God is not a delivery service.
And clarity doesn’t come before action — it comes through it.
Segment 1: Clarity Doesn’t Feel How You Think It Does
Why clarity often feels uncomfortable, emotional, and disruptive — not peaceful or obvious.
✍🏽 Prompt: What truth feels clear to me… but uncomfortable to accept?
🌿 Affirmation: I allow clarity to be honest, even when it’s uncomfortable.
Segment 2: You Don’t Trust Your Interpretation
How self-doubt keeps you stuck even when things are clear.
✍🏽 Prompt: When I get clarity… do I trust it or question it?
🌿 Affirmation: I trust what I see, feel, and understand without needing external confirmation.
Segment 3: Signs vs Red Flags
Why we confuse emotional attachment with alignment.
✍🏽 Prompt: Where have I called something a “sign” because I didn’t want to accept the red flag?
🌿 Affirmation: I choose clarity over emotional attachment.
Segment 4: The Quiet Signs You Keep Ignoring
How consistency matters more than intensity.
✍🏽 Prompt: What patterns have I been minimizing?
🌿 Affirmation: I honor the small signals guiding me.
Segment 5: You’re Waiting for God… But You’re Not Participating
Why clarity comes through action — not waiting.
✍🏽 Prompt: Where am I waiting instead of participating?
🌿 Affirmation: I move with what I have and trust clarity will meet me there.
Segment 6: God Already Responded — You Didn’t Recognize It
How guidance shows up through awareness, not always something dramatic.
✍🏽 Prompt: What truth keeps repeating that I’m not acting on?
🌿 Affirmation: I trust that guidance has already reached me.
Segment 7: What Paying Attention Actually Looks Like
The shift from asking for answers to honoring what’s already clear.
✍🏽 Prompt: What becomes obvious when I stop overthinking?
🌿 Affirmation: I choose honesty with myself, even when it requires change.
🙏🏽 Closing Prayer
